Riding practice is normally held on Saturday mornings, but depending on the number of members, we also ride on weekdays. Twice a month, we have a Saturday afternoon session for youth with disabilities, allowing them to interact with the horses.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"boxcont\">\n<p class=\"boxcap\"><span class=\"boxcapin\">Highlights<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"boxtxt\">There are no club fees and you\u2019ll get the valuable experience of interacting with horses. Riding horses helps you build up your muscles, strengthen your core, and improves your health. Horse-riding may not be a familiar sport to you, but with hard work, you\u2019ll improve quickly. Most club members started in dressage, so you\u2019ll have lots of built-in mentorship, even if you\u2019re a beginner.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"boxcont\">\n<p class=\"boxcap\"><span class=\"boxcapin\">Achievements<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"boxtxt\">Twice a month, volunteers hold a &#8220;Meet and Greet\u201d event with the Reitaku horses where children with disabilities can ride and communicate with the animals. Some us have become so close, we even ask them advice about our future goals and plans.
