●Take the JR Joban Line local service (directly linked to the Metro Chiyoda Line), and get off at Minamikashiwa Station. Take the Tobu bus (Bus Stop #1) at the East Exit; the ride takes about 4 minutes. Get off at Reitaku Daigaku Mae Station. From Minamikashiwa Station, it takes 13 minutes on foot.
