How to Apply
To apply, please complete the following steps within the application period: "Web application registration," "Payment of entrance examination fee," and "Submission of application documents."
Please make sure there are no omissions.
※The entrance examination guidelines include information about our university's selection system, schedule, venue, application procedures, and important information about the exam.
※Please be sure to check the admissions guidelines for details on the application procedure.
※Depending on the selection system, online applications may not be available. Please be sure to check the individual selection guidelines before applying.
Flow from application to admission procedures
STEP 1: Download the required documents
- Please download the selection guidelines and application form from the university website.
STEP 2: Register on the WB application site
- Create your own page on the online application site and register your application information.
※Online applications are not available for some selection systems. Please check the selection guidelines.
STEP 3: Pay the entrance examination fee
- Please pay the entrance examination fee by the specified payment deadline using the examination fee payment system (※) or bank transfer.
- Applications made in cash or postal money orders will not be accepted.
※You can choose from credit cards, convenience stores, and financial institution ATMs [Pay-easy].
STEP 4: Prepare the necessary documents
- Please fill out the necessary information on the application form and other required documents, and prepare any other necessary documents.
STEP 5: Send your application documents by mail
- Application documents will only be accepted by mail. (The mailing address is stated in the selection guidelines.)
- Place them all together in an envelope of your choice, attach an address label,Please be sure to send it by express registered mail.Please submit your application by the application deadline (postmark must be dated the application deadline).

STEP 6: Check your admission ticket
- Please obtain it from your online application My Page.
※Please make sure that the information is correct.
※For those who do not apply online, we will send it to you by email.
STEP 7: Exam
- Please take the exam at the designated testing center.
STEP 8: Announcement of results
- The results of the examination will be posted on the university's website on the day the results are announced.
※We do not respond to inquiries regarding the results of your application by phone.
STEP 9: Admission procedures
- For details on the enrollment procedure documents and procedures, please follow the "Enrollment Procedure Guidelines" that will be provided to successful applicants.
WEB Application
As long as you have an internet connection, you can apply 24 hours a day during the application period.
The examination fee can also be paid at a nearby convenience store or by credit card.
Your application will be considered complete once you have completed all three steps (online application registration → payment of entrance examination fee → submission of application documents) by the application deadline (postmark deadline).
