Foundations for growth and career

This subject is mainly aimed at first-year students. It aims to teach basic knowledge and ways of thinking to continue growing throughout one's life, and to build the foundation for becoming a member of society who can play an active role in society. (University philosophy and systems that can be utilized / schedule management / business etiquette / communication, etc.)

Career Education Courses A/B

This is a course mainly for second-year students. It is an active learning course in which students research various ways of working in society and analyze the information gained from them. Students can choose the course that interests them from five courses.
(Global Course/DE&I Course/Workplace Interview Course/Future Prediction Course/Problem Solving Practice Course)

Civil Service Program

In partnership with LEC Legal Mind, we offer preparation courses on campus. We have programs for all civil service exams. We also provide group discussion and interview preparation, and students can earn course credits. Even though this is an all-in-one program, the cost is very reasonable and it is a very cost-effective program.

WEB test (SPI) preparation course

This is a "preparation course for Reiwa University students" by a popular SPI preparation YouTuber. Even students who are not good at math can't avoid the SPI in job hunting, but the average deviation score of the participants has increased by 12 points, which is an amazing result.

Industry/company research and career development

This class invites current employees to Senior Lecturer on various industries, particularly B2B companies that students usually have little opportunity to learn about, and teaches about the trends, future prospects, and working styles of the industry. At companies where our graduates have actually joined and are active, we hear about the specific work of their seniors, and we think deeply about what kind of career we should envision as working adults.

Joint Company Seminar for Internships

Career Development Exercises

This program is conducted as an intensive 4-5 day course during the spring and summer of the third year. The aim is to deepen self-analysis, articulate one's interests, values, and work style, thereby solidifying one's life and work ethic and enhancing self-expression skills. Interview coaching by actual corporate HR recruiters will also cultivate mental resilience for real-world interviews.

On-campus joint corporate seminar

Career center staff have carefully selected approximately 140 companies that they genuinely feel are worth recommending to students. These companies have a proven track record of hiring, and offer a valuable opportunity to meet excellent local companies and companies with limited hiring numbers. These events are held multiple times between November and February.

Civil Service Program

In partnership with LEC Legal Mind, we offer on-campus preparation courses. These courses include creating interview application forms and providing interview preparation support, and students can even earn academic credits for them. Despite being such an all-in-one program, the cost is very reasonable, making it an extremely cost-effective program.
