The students themselves provide support to users.SS (Student Support) Staff

Student staff providing support to iFloor users.
Students who have improved their language skills and gained confidence by using iLounge and other services support communication and activities for users starting from their first year. Even these staff members have had the experience of not being able to speak well when they first enrolled and having to be helped by senior SSs. Passing on the baton of mutual support in learning, we plan and manage various language activities and cultural events.

School building "Kaede"
The school's name, "Kaede" (Maple), represents the hope that the school will develop talented people who can grow through friendly competition with their peers, as maple fruit resembles two seeds pressed together with wings growing from each one.
1. iLounge
This is an area to improve your foreign language communication skills. You can improve your foreign language skills by chatting, playing games and having discussions with iFloor coordinators, CEC faculty, international students and Student Support staff, mainly in English. You can also enjoy various seasonal events!
2. Project Studios
There are three individual group workspaces in the Collaborative Commons that will inspire your thinking. With wall-to-wall whiteboards for brainstorming and no outside noise, these spaces are the perfect place to tackle group assignments or practice presentations.
3. Writing Center
This area is for improving your English expression skills. You can receive one-on-one (or small group) English composition instruction from CEC teachers. You can learn expressions that suit the style of your report, presentation slides, posters, etc. There are also many reference books related to writing available.
4. Presentation Terrace
This is an area where you can share your experiences through presentations and workshops. During the semester, CEC faculty members hold workshops where you can learn tips for learning foreign languages and learn about different cultures. Students also give presentations on their seminar research and give reports on their extracurricular activities.
5. CEC Office
By enjoying conversations with multinational teachers, you can be exposed to a variety of English. Outside of class, I also enjoy talking with students and sometimes provide writing guidance. All of the teachers are friendly, so students can relax and interact with them every day as if they were part of a family.
6. Collaborative Commons
An open area with group and individual seats. You can study and chat with friends, or relax by yourself. English conversations are always playing from the iLounge, and English movies are always playing on the monitors in the center of the floor, so you can be exposed to English at any time.
7. Media Zone
An area where you can use a PC or do your homework. You can also use the printer. The iFloor is open until 9:00 p.m., so you can use it even after Reitaku University Library closes. The WiFi has been improved, so you can bring your own PC and work there.
8. Comorebi Café
Students gather here in their own way, chatting with friends, studying, or enjoying the sunlight filtering through the trees. When guests from partner schools come, you can even have a party with catering. Drinks and homemade sweets are available for sale. Enjoy cafe time.
9. The Terrace
A refreshing space where you can feel the fresh air and experience the seasons. You can study outdoors in spring, early summer, autumn, and other seasons.
