While interacting with international students,
Support for life in Japan.

International students who have just arrived in Japan are often confused as they are unfamiliar with Japanese lifestyle habits and various rules.
The purpose of RIFA, the Reitaku International Friendship Association, is to help these people adjust to life here.
And it is not a one-way relationship where one person reaches out to help. By spending time together at university, you will not only improve your communication skills in a foreign language and understand different cultures, but you will also have the valuable opportunity to become good friends and good partners for the rest of your lives.
If you haven't been able to muster the courage to interact with people from other countries, why not take this opportunity to give it a try?

Act.1: Partner activities

Partners meet two or three times a month to interact on or off campus. This is an opportunity to discuss differences in hobbies and customs in each country, and to broaden one's horizons. Reitaku University students also provide support in daily life so that international students can quickly adapt to Japan.

Act.2: Activity presentation

As a summary of their activities over the course of about four months, all participants come together to introduce the culture of their respective countries. Each group exchanges opinions and conducts research based on a theme, and creates a presentation within the allotted time. International students, with the help of Japanese students, sometimes present what they have researched in Japanese, exciting the audience.

Act.3: Hosting a social event

Handicraft festivals, day trips to Asakusa, sports tournaments, etc. are planned by Japanese students as an opportunity for international students to learn about Japanese culture. Through these events, students also deepen their friendships and liven up the overall activity.
