Students themselves choose the counselor they consult with, and the selected staff builds a relationship of trust by talking to each student one-on-one, and has earned the students' immense trust.
The most important thing in job hunting is to know yourself.
After building a relationship of trust, we provide repeated individual instruction to understand the student's personality and minimize the gap when matching them with their desired employer.
In addition, our staff visits companies (over 500 companies per year) to discover lesser known, high quality companies.
