Job Hunting Support Team
"Job Hunting Supporter"
Even if you don't belong to any clubs or circles,
There are “seniors” who can tell you about their real experiences in job hunting.
,

Only fellow students can do this.
Here's some life-sized advice.
In addition to staff, Reitaku University's Career Center also has senior students who support students in their job hunting. These are the "Job Hunting Supporters." This student-led job hunting support team was formed by students who shared the passion to "use their experience to help younger students, and we believe that there must be some support we can provide because we have only just experienced job hunting." The team is approaching its 20th year since it began in 2004.
"I followed this schedule," "I made this mistake so you should be more careful," "You should be prepared like this in this industry," etc.
The advice you hear from seniors who were also job-hunting students just a few months ago is realistic and persuasive.
One of the things Reitaku University is proud of in its job hunting support is the environment in which students can learn from familiar "seniors" even if they are not part of a club or circle.
Nurtured through the study at Reitaku,
The desire to "be of use to people."
The program benefits not only the third-year students who receive the advice, but also the fourth-year students who are members. In the process of looking back over their own job hunting experience, they gain "realizations" from what went well and what didn't go well, and this becomes a valuable experience that they can use even after they enter society. The "job hunting supporters" are basically volunteers, but at Reitaku University, where moral education is the backbone of their studies, many students have a desire to "be useful to others," and even though they have just finished their job hunting, they actively fulfill their role as supporters.
Students who receive job offers through the "Job Hunting Supporter" service will join the next group of "Job Hunting Supporters." We believe that such happy "connections" will continue to spread in the future.
