*As a laptop computer is now mandatory, you will need to purchase one separately.

*An alumni association fee of 10,000 yen will be added to the tuition fees for the fall semester of the fourth year.

*Textbook fees and practical training fees are required separately. They vary depending on the department and major.

Major Scholarships (2024 Overview)

Reitaku University Special Scholarship	Years 1 to 4	provision	Students who have achieved grades and scores above the required standard in a designated external language examination while enrolled in the school. *Please check the application form for details.
Tuition exemption due to large-scale disaster	Years 1 to 4	provision	We will provide a partial tuition exemption to students who fall under any of the following categories and are experiencing financial difficulties in continuing their studies. When the house in which the household's breadwinner lives is completely or partially destroyed, washed away, or damaged by flooding If the household breadwinner dies, goes missing, or is undergoing long-term treatment or becomes seriously disabled When the family has experienced a sudden change in financial situation, such as the loss of a family member's job, making it difficult to pay tuition fees If the student is in a situation similar to any of the above and is deemed to be in financial difficulty to continue studying
Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship	Years 1 to 4	Loan	Type 1 (Interest-free) Monthly tuition fee: 20,000 to 64,000 yen (varies depending on school category and household finances) Type 2 (interest-bearing) No interest during your studies, and up to 3% per year after graduation. Choose from amounts between 20,000 and 120,000 yen per month in increments of 10,000 yen.
Japan Student Services Organization Scholarship	Years 1 to 4	Payment reduction/exemption	This is a national system that supports students with financial difficulties. Students who meet the specified conditions and are accepted are eligible for scholarships and tuition fee reductions. *For further details, please check the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) website.

Scholarships for International Students (2025 Overview)

Reitaku University Scholarships for International Students	Years 1 to 4	provision	Selection will be conducted for international students (those with a student visa) from countries other than Taiwan and Southeast Asia who will be enrolled at Reitaku University after April 2025. Amount of scholarship: The following scholarships will be provided according to the grade of the required certification exam. 1st grade: 166,000 yen (equivalent to 20% of tuition fee) Level 2: 249,000 yen (equivalent to 30% of tuition fee) 3rd grade: 249,000 yen (equivalent to 30% of tuition fee) Grade 1 payment conditions: ① Pass the Japanese Language Proficiency Test N1 ② The cumulative GPA up to the previous year must be 2.0 or higher (if the scholarship is awarded to a first-year student, the GPA for the spring semester of the first year must be 2.0 or higher). Conditions for payment of Grade 2: ① Pass the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test J1 ② The cumulative GPA up to the previous year must be 2.0 or higher Conditions for payment of 3rd grade: ① Pass the BJT Business Japanese Proficiency Test BJT-J1+ or have a TOEIC score of 800 or above ② The cumulative GPA up to the previous year must be 2.0 or higher
