About envelopes

Envelopes for certificates are available next to the certificate issuing machine.
Please be sure to seal it yourself and stamp it with a “Seal” stamp.

*A health examination certificate is a certificate (with an electronic seal) that is issued at a later date to certify the findings of a regular health examination.
Unlike certificates, health certificates are issued by doctors who examine the patient's current health condition. Since the doctor personally stamps the certificate, it cannot be issued automatically. Please apply directly at the Health Support Center. Students should check with the submitting office and choose between a "health examination certificate" and a "health certificate" as appropriate. The certificate will be issued in about one week. (Cost: 500 yen for Japanese, 700 yen for English) Additional fees may apply depending on the contents of the certificate.

Other certificate procedures

Number of days until receipt of certificate

Certificates applied for at the office will be issued in 3 days for Japanese and 4 days for English. It takes several days to issue English certificates, recommendation letters, and school records, so please apply early. In particular, please apply well in advance for documents required for visa renewal procedures and employment/advancement to higher education so that they are submitted in time for the deadline. Also, since recommendation letters and school records have sections that must be filled out by the teacher in charge, please contact your homeroom teacher to confirm this before applying, and then apply at the Academic Affairs and International Exchange Office.
