To those students considering applying to enter Reitaku University
On January 8, 2021, once again a state of emergency has been declared, and students who are preparing for university entrance exams must be feeling particularly anxious.
We would like to inform you that our entrance examinations scheduled for February 2 and 4 at Reitaku University will be held as planned, taking all possible measures to prevent infection.
To protect our examinees, the following measures will be taken:
- Masks must be worn at all times in the school buildings.
- The physical condition of our faculty and staff will be monitored (taking body temperature, etc.)
- Each examination room will have a maximum occupancy of less than half of its capacity to maintain adequate social distance among the examinees.
- The exam rooms will be properly ventilated and sanitized.
To prevent the spread of coronavirus infection, Reitaku University moved all classes online in May 2020 and partially resumed face-to-face instruction in September.
And we are now preparing for the resumption of in-person classes in the academic year 2021. Our plan is to provide more than 80% of all classes in person. We will provide various ways to prevent COVID infections (e.g., large lecture-style classes will remain online), and continuosly update our safety measures in response to the infection status in the coming days.
We welcome you to our entrance examinations and offer you the assurance of a safe environment for your studies at Reitaku University in the spring.
Reitaku University is committed to supporting you throughout the admission process at this difficult time.
