Second Semester Schedule

Undergraduate program orientations:

Tuesday, September 8 and Wednesday, September 9.
For first year students: In-person or online, depending on the faculty / major.
*Subject to change depending on the status of the coronavirus infection. When the face-to-face session is conducted, students can also participate online. So those who do not wish to participate in the face-to-face session (e.g., living overseas and/or far from the campus) are not required to come to campus.
For second year students: online session.
For 3rd and 4th year students: online distribution of information materials.

Course Registration:

Registration period: Thursday, September 10 and Friday, September 11.
Course Registration Confirmation 1: Wednesday, September 16.
Add & drop period: Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29.
Course Registration confirmation 2: Friday, October 2.

About the sale of textbooks:

Textbook Order Period 1: Monday, September 14 - Friday, September 18.
Textbook Order Period 2: Friday, October 2 - Wednesday, October 7.

Online orders should be placed as in the first semester.

For more information, please check the cabinet in the Reitaku Portal in early September.

Schedule of Classes:

Monday, September 21-Wednesday, January 20.
Regular classes will be held on the following national holidays: 9/21 (Monday), 9/22 (Tuesday) and 11/23 (Monday).

The Reiryo Festival (School Festival) scheduled for Friday, October 30 - Wednesday, November 4 has been cancelled. Regular classes will be held on these days (with the exception of Nov. 3 see below).

There will be no classes on Tuesday, November 3 (national holiday).

Final Exam Period:

Thursday, January 21 - Wednesday, January 27.

Grade disclosure for the first semester:

Fifth year students and above: Monday, August 24, from 9:00 a.m. (tentative)
1st to 4th year students: Tuesday, September 1, 9:00 a.m. (tentative)

Extracurricular Activities:

Activities are not allowed during the summer break (Friday, August 7 - Sunday, September 20).

For the second semester, the dormitory will be opened in accordance with the special management plan to be announced to students.
Students will be contacted directly regarding details.
