【重要】新型コロナウィルスに関する対応措置　中国への渡航を控えてください。

学生・教職員各位

　2月1日、日本政府は新型コロナウイルスによる肺炎を感染症法の「指定感染症」とする政令を施行しました。1月30日には、世界保健機関（WHO）が緊急事態宣言を発表しています。日本政府は、発生源とされる中国・武漢市を含む湖北省、浙江省全域を感染症危険情報レベル3「渡航は止めてください。（渡航中止勧告）」に引き上げ、中国のその他の地域に対して感染症危険情報レベル2「不要不急の渡航は止めてください。」を発出しています。（2020年2月3日時点）

このレベル変更を受け、本学では以下のように注意喚起いたします。

１．中国への渡航について

　中国湖北省、浙江省全域は、外務省から渡航禁止勧告が出ていますので、渡航は中止してください。また、湖北省、浙江省以外の地域への渡航についても渡航を控えるようにしてください。中国本土に帰国する留学生においても同様に中国への渡航を延期してください。

２．中国以外の渡航について

　中国以外の複数の国・地域から感染症症例が報告されています。渡航先の情報を収集し、マスクの着用や手洗いうがいなど、感染予防を徹底してください。また、感染地域への渡航は避けてください。

３．対応について

　中国（特に武漢市）から帰国される方、あるいは、接触された方に関しては、咳や発熱など症状がある場合には、事前に医療機関へ連絡したうえで、受診してください。また、医療機関で新型コロナウイルスと診断された際には、本学へ必ず連絡してください。

また、中国以外の国に渡航する学生に関しても、新型コロナウイルスに関する最新情報を関係機関の各種ホームページで確認してください。

Important Notice: Measures to be Taken in Response to the Outbreak and Spread of the New Coronavirus --- Please refrain from visiting China

To all Students, Faculty and Staff Members of Reitaku University

On February 1st, the Japanese government issued an official ordinance that the pneumonia caused by the new coronavirus (Covid-19) should be defined as a "designated infectious disease" under the terms of the Infectious Disease Law since the World Health Organization (WHO) had declared a state of emergency on January 30th. Accordingly, the Japanese government raised its Travel Advice and Warning on Infectious Diseases Level for the entire areas of Hubei Province (including Wuhan City) and Zhejiang Province, China, to Level 3: Avoid All Travel, and as a consequence it said that "Japanese nationals are urged to avoid all travel to the country/area regardless of the purpose"; for all other areas in China, it raised its TAWID Level to Level 2: Avoid Non-essential Travel (as of February 3rd, 2020).

Based on this government announcement, Reitaku University is issuing the following statement of advice and warning:

Travel to China

Those who planned to visit any cities, towns or villages in the entire region comprising Hubei and Zhejiang Provinces, China, should avoid all travel as specified in the Travel Advice and Warning on Infectious Diseases Level 3 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Japanese government. Please avoid non-essential travel to areas other than Hubei and Zhejiang Provinces in China. Chinese students currently planning to return to China are strongly advised to postpone their return to their home country.

Travels to the areas other than China

It has been reported that people have been infected with the coronavirus (Covid-19) in various countries and regions other than China. Please be advised of the need to collect all relevant information about any such place that you are planning to visit, and take all care to implement infection control measures thoroughly by taking preventive action including the wearing of a face mask, gargling and washing one's hands diligently. Also please refrain from traveling to any infected areas.

Measures to take

Prior to returning to Japan from China (especially Wuhan City), or if you have been in contact with anyone who has come back from Wuhan City, you are strongly advised to contact the appropriate medical offices and undergo a medical check if you exhibit symptoms such as coughing or high fever. If you are diagnosed as being infected with the new coronavirus, please inform a staff member of Reitaku University of this fact immediately.

Those who plan to travel to countries other than China are strongly advised to seek up-to-date information regarding the new coronavirus through the webpages of the relevant organizations.

【重要】关于新型冠状病毒的应对措施：请尽量不要去中国。

各位同学，教职员

2月1日，日本政府发布行政命令，认定新型冠状病毒引起的肺炎为传染症法规定的"指定传染症"。1月30日，世界卫生组织（WHO）发表紧急事态宣言。日本政府宣布，把包括被认为病毒发源地的武汉市在内的湖北省和浙江省整体列为传染症危险信息第三级"请不要前往（中止警告）"，中国的其他地区列为传染症危险信息第二级"无紧急事务不要前往"（2020年2月3日）。

根据这次政策变动，本校提醒大家注意以下事项。

１．关于前往中国

　 对于中国湖北省、浙江省的所有地方，日本外务省已经发出禁止前往的警告，务请大家不要去。还有，湖北省、浙江省以外的省市，也请大家尽量不要去。中国人留学生也一样，请延期回国。

２．关于前往中国以外的地区

　 中国以外的很多国家及地域也已经发生很多传染症例。如要前往，一定要注意收集信息，佩戴口罩，勤洗手等，彻底预防被传染。并避开已被传染的地域。

３．其他对策

　 从中国（特别是武汉市）回来的人，或者跟这些人有过接触的人，如有咳嗽和发烧等症状，请先跟医疗机构联系，然后再接受治疗。另外，如果被诊断为新型冠状病毒，一定要跟学校联系。

最后，前往中国以外的国家的同学，请关注相关部门的网站，及时确认新型冠状病毒的最新信息。
